UNIQUE REVIVAL WEEK IN LAPARADE

FOR WOMEN WHO WANT TO SHINE

Experience a week of peace and self-care in a quiet village in the Lot-et-Garonne region. This holistic retreat offers a perfect balance of relaxation, renewal and personal growth. You will participate in daily yoga classes and have the chance to explore various forms of meditation.

WHERE?

We are staying at Maison Laparade. An authentic maison de Maitre from the 14th-15th centuries. Located in a medieval bastide in the Lot-et-Garonne region. Laparade is a quiet little village with stunning views over the Lot valley.

 

WHEN?

The programme runs from Monday morning, 7 April, to Friday evening, 11 April.
Arrival and dinner on Sunday evening 6 April is possible.
Additional overnight stay with breakfast and departure on Saturday 12 April is possible.

DAILY YOGA

Each day starts early with a Sadhana session that boosts your energy. Breakfast is followed by a talking circle and yoga sessions that help you strengthen both your physical and mental well-being. Anyone can participate in these classes, regardless of experience level.

KUNDALINI YOGA

Kundalini yoga is known for its dynamic and powerful exercises that release energetic blockages and raise your spiritual awareness. Through breathing techniques, meditation and mantras, this style of yoga helps you make a deeper connection with yourself.

MEDITATION AND SPIRITUAL EXCERCICES

Besides the yoga classes, this retreat offers the opportunity to explore different meditation techniques. These techniques will help you calm your mind, find inner peace and harmonise your energy.

DYNAMIC MEDITATION

Dynamic meditation is an active form of meditation that helps you release built-up tension and free your mind. Through movement and breathing, you enter a state of deep relaxation and clarity.

CHAKRA MEDITATION

Chakra meditation focuses on balancing the seven energy centres in your body. This form of meditation helps you harmonise your inner energy and experience a sense of well-being and vitality.

MANTRA CHANTING

Mantra chanting is a powerful way to quiet your mind and shift your focus. By repeating sacred sounds and words, you create a vibration that helps you reach a deeper level of meditation.

ENERGETIC EXCERCISES

Energetic exercises, such as pranayama (breathing techniques), help you regulate and strengthen your life energy. These exercises are an integral part of daily practice and contribute to your overall well-being.

TANTRIC DANS

Tantric dance is an expressive and intuitive way to put your energy into movement. This dance form helps you express your emotions, stimulate your creativity and feel a deep connection with yourself and others.

In the afternoon, workshops will be organised in which everyone can participate as they choose.

INDULGENCE AND CONVIVIALITY

Between yoga classes and meditations, there is plenty of time to relax and enjoy the serene surroundings. In the evening, you can enjoy a communal dinner with delicious flavours and healthy ingredients.

WHO WE ARE?

Dorothée and Caroline are 2 sisters. Dorothée is a yoga instructor and tantric therapist. Caroline is a doctor, passionate about healthy eating and lifestyle. Together, they put their passion into this project.

PRICE

The basic package costs 1150 euros per lady in a shared double room with private bathroom.
This price includes all yoga sessions, and activities. (The workshops marked with * can be booked on the spot and cost 30euro extra per session).
The basic price includes breakfast, lunch and dinner (vegetarian meals, no alcoholic drinks). 
The price includes bed and bath linen, and includes tourist tax, and final cleaning.
Arrival on Sunday 6 April + dinner : 150euro pp
Departure on Saturday 12 April + breakfast 120euro pp.
Transport to France will be arranged by the participants themselves.
